Excavations and Substructures
The project commenced with excavations to prepare the site for the building footprint, followed by the construction of substructures, which included:
- Foundations
- Columns Neck
- Grade Beams
This phase was critical to establish a strong base for the villa and set the stage for the subsequent superstructure works.
II.
Superstructures
After completing the substructure works, the superstructure phase involved:
- Slabs:
Casting reinforced concrete slabs to form the floors and roof structures of the villa. - Columns:
Constructing vertical columns that support the slabs and transfer loads to the foundations. - Block Works:
Building concrete block walls to create internal partitions and external facades.
This phase established the main structural framework of the villa, preparing it for finishing works.

Finishing
The final stage included:
- Plastering
- Painting
- Tiles and Marbles Works
- Gypsum Boards
- MEP
- Landscape
