The Plot 09 project is a commercial infrastructure project located on Prince Majid Road in Jeddah from Jun 2016 up To Aug 2017. The project included all infrastructure works including Excavations, Installation of Water Pipes Lines & Sewage Pipes Lines, Infrastructure Electrical High & Medium Voltage Lines, Backfilling works, and Roads works involving asphalt, pavements, sidewalks, street Lights, and landscape. The biggest challenges were installing the water line connections to the main line of the distributions government pipe due to full shut down of pipe line and having to complete the Connection within 24 Hour, as well as the laying of the main sewage line due to excavation around existing utilities.
